My family missed the Carolina Ballet’s Nutcracker this year, so we’ll be tuning in to watch the company perform a special performance of the Christmas classic at 7 p.m., Dec. 25, on WRAL-TV.
No, it won’t be the same as watching these amazing performers dance live. But, this year, nothing is the same, and I’m thrilled to have just a little taste of the times before COVID.
If you aren’t able to catch it on Dec. 25 or record it, there will be encore performances. They are at 5 p.m., Dec. 26, on WILM; 7 p.m., Dec. 26, on Fox 50; and 11 a.m., Dec. 27, on WRAL. The performances will only be on TV.
